    If I understand it correctly (horrible sound on this computer)

    around 14:50: mining lease due within the next few weeks, then final investment decision, constrcuction start April 2013, stage I production July 2014 (? I think he says 2013 but that must be an error) and stage II prodcution 12 months after that.
