I, too, sent off an email to Mr Lange after yesterday's BRR release asking for an update on his "locked and loaded with BP" comment and what plans they might have to head off any unwanted take-over offer should it crystalise in the near future.

No response,as yet, but I will keep you posted.

Good to see they are going to change the name of our latest vessel to Neptune Trident (from Nor Sea) which seems to be a better fit for a vessel destined to operate in and around Australian waters. But, then, so long as it brings in the profitable dollar, it doesn't really matter what they call it.

Quarterlies are the way to go for the foreseeable future. There's nothing like issuing good news, often, to keep the SP bubbling along.
