One more thing I forgot to mention regarding the SP and management.
They are up for a pay rise very shortly do you truly believe that they would want to risk this in anyway.
I would say not.
But one good thing out of the incentive plan they are looking for, they will have a vested interest in th company doing well. I always feel safer knowing that management have something on the line also.
