Are you really suggesting that other explorer companies don't operate (in the early days) the same as Neon is operating? Are you really suggesting the company ought to be operating the way a producer might? What did you expect from mangement except exploration costs and hope? Frankly, at least the company has some sales to reduce cash depletion. Why are your criticisms valid knowing Neon is an explorer?
If you think that shareholder excitement is key, maybe PPN is better suited to your criteria. Surely the company is going down the path you knew it would go down when you invested. To suggest otherwise would be odd to say the least.
I would be interested to hear more as to the basis of your thoughts.
