john7000 Not everyone can afford to live in Brighton.Broady was a good stepping stone to move on to better things for this black duck.Still have my first home there which I rent out for a very tidy cash flow positive profit.Feeds funds in to the negative geared properties I have in more affluent areas which will provide better capitol growth.
Take another look at certain pockets of Broady,lot of works going on and the suburb has a lot of facilities other suburbs do not.
