    JBWere today rates PEM as a hold but with a price target of $3.25! Forecasts FY08 eps of 21.2c and dps 6.0c. They see PEM as being oversold and representing value, but see downside risk to the zinc price and as such do not see sustained out-performance over the next 12 months.

    I'm looking for a share buyback announcement next week to restore my faith in PEM
