Byrne radio interview justifies his capitulation and acceptance of Bangchak` s offer very inadequately. He should come straight out and said " One undeniably strong reason for suggesting acceptance of this offer is not the shareholder`s interest but the millions of performance shares that will vest in me and remove uncertainty for my future life style."
