    While not stated explicitly, Gordon seems to imply that the SAM MOU is for DSC on glass manufacturing. He stated that m2 is the measure used in glass manufacturing in contrast to G watts in traditional solar manufacturing. This was the explanation for why 20,000m2 was refered to as the planned output.
