It's interesting isn't it, was GGP trying to starve out VIL to gain a greater share of FP and now they find themselves with a much stronger partner due to the merge (subject to approval). GGP may have been looking to gain some more % by holding VIL out as they missed that opportunity with PASS, perhaps they played hard ball there as well.....and found themselves not getting the result they were after i.e. no deal.......my speculations, musing's.....buy while it's cheap this may not last for long with multiple drills/tests going on at the moment IMHO
