In my opinion the current refinery deal is dead ( well actually , in my opinion it was never alive.. but that's a different story)

I think the 20 cent shares is dead .. CVI obviously cant afford to buy the refinery. That's why in this BRR MS opened the door to us saying "even if we only get a small portion"

So, for the believers ... bring on refinery deal stage 2.
