    Doesn't Cityview still own 45% of Fortitude?

    So of the receivable of US$10,172,807 that Cityview will assign to the vendor, 45% is effectively money Cityview owes to itself.

    I've heard of taking an "I owe you" but taking an "I owe me" ??
