    Given fairly good results. Other companies will be sniffing around. I.e. downer and oethers.

    Infrastrucure is gearing up and it takes out a competitor which increases margins for remaining players.

    Not to mention it keeps larger players out like ferrovial who are way bigger than Downer.

    This is strategic and potential blocking move for leigthons and downers.
