    The buy back is a smart move

    The T/O bid was low and opportunistic given the 2015 results and 16/17 outlook

    If the board are the ones controlling the purse strings, and they consider $1.35 too lowball then it gives you some indication of where it can rerate to

    Little hard for them to achieve minimum 50% acceptance when there is another party aggressively buying in market

    Anyone think this could see $1.35+ ?
