I meant to add the buyback starting in 2 weeks time will put a strong floor under the SP. Every time SP weakens BRS will step in and mop up. Obviously the company is firing and worth more than the $1.35 TO offer. I think Ferrovial will chuck in the towel. Their moment has gone. Had they made offer unconditional they had a goodish chance. But shot themselves in both feet.
