    There's more. I forgot to include that last thursday when talking about DOW's HY results the CEO commented he was interested in talking with BRS re a merger and/or buying sectors of BRS. Clearly potential predators feel BRS is cheap. I expect mkt will push SP up as we near Monday's HY result. plus an improved offer from our Spanish friends wouldn't surprise. $1.45-1.50 perhaps?
