I think this time there will be an agreement on a price which would be endorsed by the board to give Ferrovia 100% of Transfield/BRS. BRS has not rejected offer outright. last year, TSE played hard ball and sharemarkets were on the way up. This time around ASX 200 index is a lot lower than last year. Four major shareholders will play a major role in current takeover game, Allan Gray (18.7%), Invesco (10.63%),Dimensional Fund(6.02%), and Retail Employees Super(5.02%). These Four Instos hold (40%) of BRS.
