    Yup...Mkt convineced the TO will be raised and now willing to pay above current TO offer price.

    As an aside: Will SPO follow the pattern of TSE/BRS?? i.e. hammered down on relatively minor news, kept down for several weeks despite huge volumes, then TO offer 'suddenly' appears? dyor.
