SB2000 - why would they want to merge with a f***ed up basket-case company like ADY? Maybe they might consider buying the Rincon asset, plus the patents for the ADY purification process or whatever the technical name is - now that could be beneficial to them.
I have no real idea whether they have enough cash or whether it would even be economic for them.
