What is wrong with doing a full scrip takeover.
They can then get rid of all ADY's management and run the company they way they see fit.
It has happened many times before you know??
And, in this instance, I don't think the shareholders will be willing to listen to the Directors recommendations. It would be a faith accomply!!!
