As an extension of the 'difficulty' wouldnt that indicate the the BRTO's would in fact be steady or drop in value when they opened? In fact the opposite took effect with them having increased by 100% in value. My only assumption is that the author took the company announcement that not all had been placed with existing stock holders via the prospectus as 'having difficulty'.
