If Tom does the deal he is aiming for , it will involve an upfront cash payment. This will negate any need for an immediate CR . After FID , it will probably be possible to get project finance. If we get this far , I can’t see the sp still being anywhere near 4 cents. It is hard to find any other stock on the ASX that has the same risk/reward ratio.
