Interms of fraudulent & misleading statements (all off topic off course), you make representations in a single post that; - I know nothing about TA - Have lost a large amount of money on every stock I've touched (capital gains tax bill disproves that) - Don't have any specialist knowlege (very arrogant Bruthers) - Closed another account (fantasy) - Am obsessed with stalking posters who have 'led me' into investments (ha, this one is funny, that you consider I put any merits on some posters and their ramblings) - Am a bottom buyer (Yes, I wish) - Posting blatant lies (look inwards) - Have fraudulent motivations (sad)
All of these statements are false, misleading, based on completely unfounded conjecture, fantasy and absent of any facts to support. Consistent with other posts though.
