To clarify: 34 individual awesome BRU employees have the option of getting some skin in the game by converting a grand total of 2m options at a strike price of 23c anytime they like until the expiry date 31/12 2023. If all are converted, it means 2m additional shares are created, as it says, less than 2% of current issued capital and $1.84m of employees after tax wages ends up back in the company coffers. Nothing will hit the market until any those individual 34 employees decides to cash any of them in for a tidy well deserved profit.
