    I believe the employee options have an optional cashless mechanism .
    So if that is used no option money goes to BRU but less shares get issued , the number depends on how much the SP is above the option price at the time the employee decides pulls the trigger.
    The employee options have repeatedly expired out of the money .
    It would be good for all if they did not this time.
