Eventually ORG has to do something as otherwise, as other posters have mentioned, a claim of breach of the JV agreement for bad faith will eventually arise.

I bow to your long experience on this, I am not qualified to comment on anything other than the last year.

The extra funds may be the difference as to forcing ORG's hand.
