This is something Eric needs to keep an eye on.
Can anybody remember the motion at the AGM regarding takeover provisions/board control? It didn't get much discussion and was approved , as it probably should have been.
I seem to remember something along the lines of preventing control of the board in the event a party owns less than 50%,.....I could be wrong though.
Do I still think that there are games being played ? Absolutely.
