    i haveto agree with you....it doesnt look like a good investment oil prices are way down most companies are not drilling no return ,why did they sell a working asset and then decide to drill .it doesnt make sence and with past management bungles and lies to the shareholders .(regarding ready to drill then they dont) i would be vary carefull.
