Great post, Mikesmith1981, surely the “NSW Independent Casino Commission” and its embattled Chief Commissioner Philip Crawford must be respectively disbanded and resign/ sacked.

The NSW Independent Casino Commission must be now referred to ICAC and the Law Society of NSW or whoever governs attorneys at law and their practising certificates.

How long will Adam Bell SC and Philip Crawford remains attorneys and allowed to practise law?

Did Adam Bell SC know of the embattled Philip Crawford’s conflicts and the Juel litigation connection?

How did David Foster, Rav Townsend, EIleen Vuong and Scott Saunders not know of this?

Had David Foster, Rav Townsend, EIleen Vuong and Scott Saunders done no background checks of Adam Bell and Philip Crawford?

Were they waiting until they themselves had faced horrendous testimony cross examination before researching the backgrounds, conflicts and ethics of Philip Crawford and Adam Bell?

The whole thing stinks. Time to refer to ICAC, Law Society of NSW, NACC, Federal Court and time to disband the Bell Inquiry and the NSW “Independent Casino Commission”.

AFP, NSW Police and the Crime Commission need to consider whether They pose a flight risk if these investigations find evidence of wrong doing.
