There will be a massive damages claim if they do that especially now that Philip Crawford and NICC have beene deposed with this Juel Litigation Finance conflict.
This is potentially worse than WA Inc, the State Bank of Victoria scandal, and the Fitzgerald Inquiry in Queensland It might be ven worse than the prior NSW Inc once more is exposed.
