he knows the industry well so when he buys people take notice.
has he caused the up tick in share price? My guess is no as his buying was done mostly before the recent big drop.
but if he is willing to buy even among this uncertainty it is a sign that the investment is decent as he has made billions from gaming investments. He may also sway the decision to grant a license as if he joins the board he is already deemed to be responsible enough to hold a license in his other businesses.
I think the price will shift back up in a week or two when people notice Bruce's position
