Why is the STAR"S dirty laundry being opened up in the public domain. If you look at many government departments or other organisations, their dirty laundry will be far dirtier, and culture more toxic.
If the NICC are not happy with STAR management, get rid of them, why air everything in Open. I bet NICC laundry would be worse....
A bunch of executives who cant get along, ego's clashing, CEO being too controlling, not confident in people's abilities - I am sure this is not the first organization with such issues, nor will it be the last
