You’re probably right, but rich people get rugged/make dumb decisions sometimes too. Look at John Malone in the states, rug-pulling his own wealth by installing a bunch of bananas into leadership roles at his holdings and overpaying the fk outta them lol
Speaking of risky casino bets, does anyone like CZR in the US? They are probably offloading some of their owned RE to VICI to assist with delevering. The main difference between SGR and CZR though is CZR isn’t getting punished by regulators and has a growing e-gambling biz
