Would they not be best to close Sydney and focus on Queensland. They could sell Sydney for significant money. I assume there would be a large cost in remuneration packages, but it seems the regulator is hell bent on getting rid of them to support Crowns growth. Plus it would make the government look bad with 5000 job losses,
