    Mr Wood has decided to retire on or near his 60th birthday and will stand down from his position in 12 months' time.

    Leaves a little time to organise a merger of Australian headless explorers - AWE and TAP with the NXS's new star recruit Richard Cottee. Could toss in NZO as an AWE fellow under performer with bucketloads of cash and cash flows for TAP and NXS developments. BPT as well? Hoping for an interesting 12 months.
