    decision to restructure licencing agreements is very harsh on both TAH and TTS who have not done anything wrong by the Govt and bent over backwards on numerous issues.

    They have paid extra machine taxes on at least 2 occasions to the Govt. They have had to deal with smoking bans. Bans on advertising. Restrictions on positioning of ATMs. I dont disagree with some of these restrictions however they were changes enforced by Govt after original licencing agreements were struck.

    In failing to pay agreed compensation outlined in contracts the Government deserves to be sued for every penny outlined plus costs plus damages to TAH and TTS businesses.

    You better find a very good lawyer Bracks.
