    Funny you question Shell's competence...

    I had a mate who did some managerial consulting to them in K.L. and said exactly the same thing.

    Management and people a bit all over the place. Do not seem to manage what they have in SE Asia very well (according to him)

    Lets see how it turns out in '09. I am sure that the worth of this block will end up being worth more than TAPs market cap, if they qualify it! (pure speculation on my behalf).
