TAP have money in the bank, and cash flowing in. With a fair chance of finding additional oil and gas, comes a fair chance of considerable gains in SP. An increase in oil price should see SP also rise. I bought at 1.86, and hold, hoping for better days. These shares at least have a lot of potential to recover, and prosper. They'll survive and explore due to their cash stream IMHO.
