I can't see this getting voted down as the majority of holders that have purchased in the last 12 months will probably mostly vote yes. Add into that AMP and Lowy Financial and any insto's that hold which are likely to benefit from the placement which have both probably already agreed behind the scene and you probably almost have all the votes you need.
