i continue to wonder why this remains so cheap and have just placed it in the bottom draw over the past couple weeks that I have held.

MEI sitting at $50mil market cap and we are years ahead of them already talking with project financiers to begin development and we are still sitting only at $25mil MC... one of these days this will take off, just like SPX and there will be no stopping it.
