I contacted Neptune just to make sure their debt position was sound and they advised is under $6 Million Dollars or only 3% of equity. Also they mentioned the BRW article has it all wrong and that the author has not researched the industry that Neptune is in, has not researched Neptune itself and evidently has no idea about the industry. Major Shareholders are not selling out and are still as per Top 20 on their website. Neptune were very unhappy with the BRW article and may take action/refute the article in the strongest means.
