thanks for the link oilyman, very interesting reading especially considering the date (which I re-checked again to be sure), since Evraz asked and got to go over the books before the sale to MCC, so why I wonder do they want the share register? perhaps to estimate the chances Shemezian has or hasn't in seven days time to oust the board?
