Kos will now have skin in the game (as well as his heart & soul) via the shortfall which is a great sign of confidence imo.
I will probably accumulate some options along the way after a minor play in the shortfall, and hope for a deal in comming weeks/months, after IP completed (i.e signed in blood). I pretty much have enough options & shares to float my boat now though and can sit back and enjoy the ride.
