BSA released there first News Letter to the Public

In that News Letter Mark Foley Managing Director said this:

We are expecting to achieve an earnings target of "MORE" than 13 million EBITDA for the full financial year 2006/2007

I believe this statement and financial forcast has well and truly slipped under the radar due to being announced in this type of news letter

Market Cap is currently just 97 million

Market P/E is 23 and has ranged up to 38

Some simply calculations show that BSA is undervalued and under the radar!

13 million EBITDA ----> 9 million NPAT---->P/E23----> 207 million market cap

---->Double your money+--->?

very conservatively in my opinion we will see well over $1.30+++ in the not to distant future.



& Just one month to the end of the 07 financial year.

So here in my opinion is window of opportunity that wont last long.

There is a lot more to like about BSA other just its undervalued nature.

Another thing to note is its only just sitting below the 100 million market cap mark, once it breaks this, it will then fit alot of Fund managers criteria with its proven earnings history and extremely low PEG and strong balance sheet. This will likely cause a explosive re-rate of the company as the funds try to build a position from BSA's tightly held register.

Also in Labor Election Promises to spend $10 billion to re vamp High Speed BroadBand Internet, Alot of this will fall into the hands of BSA who has great relationships with Fairfax....Foxtel...Telstra...Optus demand is going to be huge looking forward.

So there ladys and gents just a "few" things which makes BSA a great investment!
