Actually Tota, the reply you got is pretty standard/generic from call centre staff.
If you are able to contact the [relationship manager] to SVL there, they would be better able to provide a more company specific info. Maybe we really need to confirm with the Coy Sec at SVL?
When EFT is available the registry needs to confirm funds clear with the Coy Sec before they process conversions.
