BSE is well worth an hour or two of research. They are in the advanced stages of acquiring a large Mineral Sands Project.

Below: announcement relating to recent project acquisition:

    http://imagesignal.comsec.com.au/asxdata/20100226/pdf/01041847.pdf

    - Mineral resources (NI 43 101 compliant) of 138.8mt at 4.65% Total Heavy Minerals (THM) at the Kwale Project
and 1,388mt at 3.8% THM at the Exploration Projects as publicly reported by Tiomin.

    - At current product prices, with a very low stripping ratio and located only 50km from an existing deep water port, the Kwale project would be in the top quartile of current producers on the basis of revenue to cash cost per tonne ratio.

$7mn (fully underwritten) shortly to be raised at 9c by RFC Corporate Finance. Surely will defend it and hopefully RELEASE some NEWSFLOW to push the price into the teens before it goes ex-rights so lower any potential shortfall RFC will be obliged to take.

At these levels with their portfolio base, i see BASE as giving as good a chance of offering 100%+ upside as anything out there.

Do some research + Put it on you watchlist.

    Regards,
