Hi Adam, think maybe most was luck, but have spent many hours at the computer reading/studying. I take leads from some of my favorite posters then do some f/a on them and often buy in, then if happy I average up. Bolnisi was bought when its cash/gold NTA was around 7c and the sp was 5c, that doesnt happen these days, the bargains arnt around like they were.
Have been a gold and silver bug for many years, and I will continue to be.
CAZ was/is one of my good small trades, Bought 10,000 @52c on 5oct, sold 4000 @1.10 on open 22nov, i think from memory that day it closed at 1.50, then halted, then opened at 2.30, reached 2.40 then downhill till around $1, now up around 1.80, where I sold another 2000 at 1.65. So now hold 4000 for nothing.
When I first bought in the risk/reward situation looked enticing, downside maybe 35/40c upside maybe $5, good chance of winning, would I pay $1.80 today, probably not, but Im still holding some.
If they win $5 would be a minimum, that wouldnt be a distraction, that would be a company maker.
Would I sell BSG to buy them, probably not.
It was and still is a bet on the outcome of a decision by the minister of mines/mining warden, nothing more, if the loose then it would be a distraction
cheers Grant
