INL need the cash, obvious to a blind man, they have no choice but to sell on the cheap.
The long awaited announcement that has been put on hold isn't helping the share price and it better be as good as they are insinuating or we will be in the 1's again.
Unfortunately Intec management are renowned for dangling the carrot yet never actually let you get to it.Same old , same old.
Hold but have 99% written them off.Anything back will be a bonus.
