First post on HC.
My thoughts on valuation are how much per share is a company going to make.
The figures I am using for BSM are estimates but I hope pretty close.
BSM 20,000 tpa @ say $1050 profit/t (sale price $1500/t minus cost of production $450/t ) = $21,000,000/ year.
Divide this by 2 billion shares = about $0.01 cents per share/ year.

Few variables. ---Royalties
----Tax
------Price
----Cost of production

So the big question is what price should the share price be of a company that makes approximately $o.01 cents profit per share per year. ?

May have made some errors here and if so am only too happy to be corrected.
