    yes, the only red flag I could come up with is a potential extended time period where consumer spending slows down, but that can apply to many other Aus retailers

    likewise I intend on being a long term holder, and am happy to accumulate more and collect those dividends

    a wise man once said:
    be fearful when others are greedy
    and greedy when others are fearful

    this feels like the latter to me
