This fall is not likely based on much to do with the business or results. It is all down to selling pressure either from a big holder who is selling or someone who knows someone is about to sell, or from people who are guessing that someone will sell.

Counter that with people sat on their hands waiting to see what comes of the situation before buying. Often this situation creates good opportunities to buy in. At some point the uncertainty will be resolved and things will slowly move back to business valuation and earnings.
